Although the Cremation was something new for me it was the wishes of my niece Pamela Denise Rollins. Upon meeting Mr. Anderson the experience for me was more relaxing. He explained the process and listened to what our needs were. Within 24 hours notice, due the fact Pamels' son would be leaving the city the next day, Jarod and your staff was able to provide the service the next day. He shared with us things that could be included. next, I stated to Mr. Anderson my budget. He worked within in my budget and at the end we was please with the services. I have share with family and friends of my new experience and the professional services we received from Mr. Jayrod Anderson. If any one is need of this type of service for love one. I an attest you are rated very highly in the delivery of service.

I would so say thank you to Ms. Sharon Pierce. This lady was Heaven sent. I honestly don’t know how would have handled the death of my brother without her. She has the patience of a saint! She answered every question… always had time to talk to me.. if she said she’d call you back, she returned every phone call. She kept me well informed. Frustrated at the many ways that COVID has overwhelmed the system. However, our Funeral Director, JaRod Anderson was diligent and persistent in obtaining the necessary approval and a date for the burial. He accomplished this while the VA was so overwhelmed they were barely answering their phones. Mr. Anderson also kept me informed throughout the process. Although the process was very different than we had experienced before, your staff was supportive and professional.

I would highly recommend all Faith cremation in Orlando Florida on Orange Ave to anyone that is need of their service.. Mr. JaRod Anderson is a very outgoing person understanding kind-hearted and professional at the time I needed it you will not be disappointed if you use their service the lady that answers the phone is so nice and understanding and caring. They are truly wonderful people The young lady that answers the phone is outstanding wonderful customer service so caring. Mr. Anderson was so understanding at the time of my needed I would highly recommend them.

The personal attention we received. I was contacted when I returned home in another state and notified about personal belongings of my sister that were going to be sent to me. They were very pleasant and reassuring that things would be sent and received on a certain day and they were on time.

Jacque is awesome!!!! She took care of everything for my Dad!!! She helped me make the best service happen for him and he looked GREAT!!! This was so hard because my Dad's passing was a complete shock but Jacque made everything easier because I didn't have to stress over the details she took care of it all !!! Just buried my Dad today April 5th and I'm already writing a review because Im so pleased and amazed by it all!!!! Thank you Thank you so much!!!!! The funeral director JaRod Anderson was an absolute and is an absolute godsend. Mr. Anderson came to my rescue when we were under the impression my mother had already paid for her funeral. Yes, JaRod was very kind to me also Nate Heldman called up to pay his respects and said if I needed anything to call them he was very caring and said he would call again also the lady at the funeral home was very caring and respectful they are all very caring and friendly people. This funeral home is highly recommended and they treated me with kindness and respect.they are very caring and they check up on you and ask if there is anything we can do call anytime

I have had to make funeral arranges for loved ones on more than one occasion and each time it has been overwhelming to say the least, emotionally and financially. This is my first family member that I have trusted Baldwin Fairchild at All Faith to take care of, the price was thousands of dollars less than I was quoted from other funeral homes as well as they seemed to truely care about my family needs at our time of grief. I would definally recommend their services to others.

The great communication I had with your staff was tremendous. Jacque is a "peace giver". If it weren't for her, I don't know what I would do. I TRUST HER. I don't trust easily. They were highly recommended by friends that had used them, now I know why. They don't add on things you cannot afford. They aren't trying to take advantage of you in your lowest hour. They get your insurance company to cut 2 checks, they only ask for their fees, the rest the insurance company pays to you. They don't even want to know how much your insurance policy is worth. They are taking care of my beloved husband the way he took care of me. Jacque you are a blessing. Thank you for everything. May God Bless you & keep you in the palm of His hand.
